A woman I work with brought her vehicle here, and boy did she get an unexpected surprise. Not one of the pleasant variety, either. Upon picking up her vehicle, it almost immediately caught fire. Literally. Needless to say, it was sayonara for the car -- end of the line, game over. Now, what type of response would you expect from an auto shop that set your car ablaze? Some pretty significant monetary compensation, right? Not at Patrick's, evidently. After many weeks of voicing her displeasure with the predicament, she was ultimately given $200 and told, "don't let the door hit your ass on the way out." Yikes! At any rate, if it was my vehicle that exploded, and I was not adequately compensated for such a loss, I think Patrick and I would have a little dust-up out back.
