Reserved a 7 c 12 foot trailer for 2 bikes for week Mertyl beach in May picked up Saturday to leave Sunday tried to load the bikes Sunday afternoon wouldn't fit had to cancel the trip lost my deposit for the hotel second time I rent from them on 22 first time was OK good trailer second time a disaster last te I'm going to rent from the supposed to pickup trailer a 1pm they were placing the chocks left there at 5pm didn't look like the guys knew what they were doing the trailer supposedly reserved for me went missing got rented out last time they will see me or my money disappointed me & my son supposed to be the 2 of us bike week.sorry campout won't rent from you again.

I don`t even know how to describe how pissed off i am and what I went through dealing with those bunch of idiots from Camp Out, Asbury. Its my first time ever i decided to leave a feedback on Google, hope it helps other customers! I feel embarrassed i did not read the reviews before i went there. I guess I am not the only one who suffered from their stupidity and rudeness. I went there on Sep.6, 2017 to get a brand new Aluma Trailer. The unit price was around $3,000, so I shopped around and despite the fact that there were more price competitive dealers out here with way better attitude, God knows why i decided to go to buy a trailer from this idiots. In the first place the dude/sales person Mike, looks like he has not taken a shower since last X-mas, looks like he has a substance abuse problem big time!!! But I guess its none of my business, right...Lest get to the point!!!
5 hours after I came there first time, when we finally agreed on the deal, which was couple of hundred more then I would pay anywhere else, the "sales-person" Mike went to the parking lot to bring my brand new trailer. He has "attached" the trailer to the tractor. By the time he approached sales office he makes a sharp turn but the trailer, my brand new trailer keeps on going straight. Yes, this idiot never secured the trailer, so the trailer picked up decent speed and hit some other persons car, parked near by. Severely damaging both the trailer and the car. I was kinda shocked of what could have happened. If there would not be a car parked the trailer would go straight to the highway or hitting a person walking by and that`s a tragedy right there!!! All the guy sad was F*** But that was just a beginning of the story. I`ve been given a loaner, so I can use it while they bring me a new trailer. Ive been told that its going to take 5-7 days. I cant tell you why I decided to keep trying making this purchase but I guess I had to learn my lesson!!! So They gave me this loaner. When I came home it was late night already. In the morning I realized the temporary licence plate they put on, got blown away on the highway, so I was hauling this trailer elegally, the wiring was so short that it went loose while on the highway and was dragging behind the trailer leaving this trailer with no stop lights and no turns at night. Then after about 45 days from the initial visit I finally got the news that I can pick my trailer. Before I had to travel 75 miles each way I asked the owner Andy to make sure the trailer is 100% ready for a pick up. Now the story is not over. When I came on October 30th 2017 to pick up my trailer they realized that they don`t have matching side kit for this trailer and that they will order them from the manufacturer. I was told the trailer is ready !!! Imagine my feelings,- 75 miles each way (twice), a day off my work (twice) already So My reaction was simple, cancel the transaction and give me my $500 deposit back. But its not going to happen !!! That was Mikes answer was to me, you have used our trailer for over 45 days!!! Fu*** You Mike and the rest of the crew, yes its going to happen. The minute I left the office I called AmEx and they reversed the transaction. The End Of The Story !!! Please don`t think twice , find another dealer!!!
Stay away from this place. Bought a hitch from them and had them do the installation. They did a terrible job wiring the lights and left the wire hanging down subsequently causing my brake light sensor to blow leaving me stranded (the car wouldn’t allow shifting out of park). Sent over a statement from the dealership that their wiring was responsible for the issue, nothing.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASH HOLE AT ALL COSTS !!!! PLEASE READ FULL STORY BEFORE YOU GO THERE OR FIND ANOTHER DEALER !!!!
