A few months ago I needed a storage unit. I checked out a few in the area. One had decent rates, but staff was disengaged and it smelled like they smoked in the office. One was nice and clean, but expensive. One never seemed to be open, nor answered the phone. Then I found compass just a couple of miles farther from my house. The same or less than the cheapest I'd seen, answered the phone right away and available for me to come in right away, clean facility, courteous and friendly staff, and units available within the next few days.
When I've goofed something up, they're very helpful, and I've seen cleaning going on regularly. Definitely recommend this place.
Ordinary storage unit but office staff is very helpful and informative. Prices are very good also. Would highly recommend. Pat in particular went out of his way to give great service
We are going to get out of this facility as soon as possible. When I initially rented a space, it was owned by ABM and I was well satisfied. Compass is a different story entirely and I cannot recommend them. They have raised the price by 10% in the last two years, and they are not easy to deal with. Choose a difference facility!!!
