I have been with Perryville Family Dentistry for a number of years now, and I must say my experience there has been very pleasant. I am not a fan of going to the dentist but Perryville staff members make me feel at ease. They are very experienced in their line of work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dentist.
Everyone in the office is extremely friendly from the time you enter. Nobody desires to go to the Dentist, but they make you feel so comfortable and relaxed to take away any anxiety you may be feeling. Dr. Townsend and his staff are extremely Professional. I have never had a bad experience and go twice a year for checkups, if i didn't feel comfortable, I probably would not go unless i had a problem.
My experience af Perryville was simply the best I've ever had with a dentist! I had extreme pain come on suddenly, so severe I could not eat or sleep. My prior dentist had retired and I had no idea where to go. After a little research, I decided to call Perryville. I contacted them at 5:15 and by 6:30 I was in the dentist chair. Dr. Willing was absolutely amazing. Not only was he very thorough, he had amazing bedside manner. Unfortunately, my problem ended up being so bad that I have to visit an oral surgeon, but Dr. Willing made sure that I would be comfortable until I'm able to meet with one. They really did great in adding him to their practice, and I will most definitely be back as I have found my new dentist!
Dr. Bill and his staff have been providing outstanding service to my family for over 30 years. They have always been there for emergencies as well as routine dental care. When decisions must be made regarding more involved procedures, we are always presented with all the options and given practical advice. Very professional.
I went for my first visit there on 11/13 and I was beyond pleased! The staff was so friendly from scheduling my appointment to being so welcoming while I was there. The dentist and the dental assistant where so pleasant and knowledgeable!! Everyone that had crossed my path that night were so kind and happy even for it being late at night! The facility is clean and well decorated! I am so happy to be a patient there! I highly recommend them to everyone!!
